They can last a day up to two weeks depending on the type of ink you use. (I've been airbrushing them for about 6 months). Bad news is that they are not offered in most places but the good news is that they are relatively cheap. I charge $3 to $5 for small and $6 to $8 medium and $10+ for larger or more detailed work. You can airbrush yourself but a small start up system is around $300 (what mine cost and I bought just the minimum). Henna is a paste made from the crushed leaves of the henna plant which dyes the skin from 1 to 4 weeks.
