Dear you should…. because it looks cool when you r marrying with the same guy you having been loving and he knows somehow that you have tattoos on any part of ur body but u must knw , every man is not same like other man .. means he may not like tattoos , may be he hates tattoos , so its feel and looks bad before marriage….
Cuz he could be stranger he may think you something …. u know what …

Perhaps their tattoos clash with the colors of their wedding, or they’d like the focus to be on their hair/dress/whatever else is important to them.

I’m not of this opinion however. My husband and I are having a belated wedding ceremony/reception this autumn (as we had a very small private ceremony for immediate family this past winter) and I fully intend to show my ink with pride. My tattoos, however, are all black, gray, and red… where the colors of my wedding are ivory, black and crimson… so there isn’t a color-clashing issue. My husband is also a tattoo enthusiast, and sees my tattoos as a part of me, the woman he loves, and ergo they should be shown on the day that is intended to celebrate us, and our love. I think tattoos that are truly meaningful, which you accept as a part of your body, will never be something you’re looking to cover up. Often, I even forget I have them.

I’ve wondered the same thing. I know for my wedding day, I am planning on wearing a dress that shows off all of my tattoos.

when i get married, i will show my tattoos with pride!! i have a son and have already been married. i dont care if people know im not “pure”
my tattoos are a part of me, and if someone doesnt like them, they shouldnt look or better yet, come to my wedding. its going to be my day, and it will be how i want it to be!!

In my case – I wanted to cover it up as my Mother is very old fashion and to have her last daughter married with a big tat which covers my left arm was something I did for her. She never asked me to do it, I just knew that it would make her feel better. My day but my Mom means more.. Good luck with your decision

I don’t know. I didn’t cover mine. Most girls think that they look sort of un-classy when mixed with a wedding dress.

becasue you want ALL of your guests to respect you. older gueasts might think less of you for ” ruining your body and ofcourse you want the younger guests to respect you also. plus… in many years from now, when u se ur wedding pictures, u might not want to see tattoos in all the pictures.

I didn’t cover my tattoos for my ceremony but I love my tats they are a part of me and I love to show them. They probably didn’t want them showing in pictures or worried how they’d look against a white gown….
